Referrals may include All Disabilities, Cultures, And Venues in Pennsylvania, Except
past/present Consumers of New York State Education Department ACCES-VR/VESID.
Locations Serviced
Bradford, Lackawanna, Lycoming, Potter, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, and Wyoming Counties of
Pennsylvania are serviced in person on site as well as offsite; for the remaining counties
telephonic/video/offsite services are available.
